Your Ad Account Setup Guide
Follow these simple steps to get your accounts ready. Every step tells you exactly where to click. You'll be done in under 30 minutes.
Before you begin: You are setting up your own accounts on each platform. Create Wealth Ads will manage your campaigns on your behalf, but all accounts will always remain 100% yours. We simply need access to run your ads. If you already have an account on any platform, skip straight to the access step for that platform.
Facebook & Instagram (Meta)
Give Create Wealth Ads Full Access
This is the only step you need for Meta. You'll invite us as an Admin on your Meta Business account so we can run your Page, Instagram, and ad campaigns for you — the same setup our other clients use. Takes about 5 minutes.
Open Business Settings
Go to your Meta Business Settings. Make sure your business is selected in the top left corner.
Open Business Settings →Go to People and Click Invite
In the left menu, click "People" (it may say "People and permissions"). Then click the "Invite people" button.
Enter Our Email
Type this email address exactly: richierealty@gmail.com. Set the role to Admin.
Assign Full Access
When it asks which assets to share, check all three and set each one to "Full control":
- Your Facebook Page
- Your Instagram account
- Your Meta Ad Account

Send It
Click Send. You're done on your end. We'll accept the invite and confirm your access is live within 1 business day. No need to email us, but you're welcome to if you want confirmation sooner.

Google Ads
Sign in or create a Google account
Already have a Gmail account? Skip to Step 2. If not, create a free Google account using the link below — use your business email if you have one.
Create Google Account →Create your Google Ads account
Go to Google Ads and click "Start Now." When it asks you to set up a campaign, look for "Switch to Expert Mode" at the bottom of the page — click it. Then click "Create an account without a campaign." This skips the setup so we can do it properly for you. Add your billing details (your card) before finishing.
Open Google Ads →Invite Create Wealth Ads as an Admin
Inside your Google Ads account, follow these steps to give us access:
Click the 🔧 Tools icon (wrench) in the top-right corner of Google Ads
Click "Access and Security" from the dropdown menu
Click the blue "+ Invite Users" button
Enter createwealthads@gmail.com and set the access level to "Admin"
Click "Send Invitation." We'll receive an email and accept — you're done!

TikTok Ads
Create a TikTok account
Already have a TikTok account? Skip to Step 2. If not, sign up below — use your business email when possible.
Create TikTok Account →Create your TikTok Ads Manager account
Go to TikTok Ads and sign up with your TikTok account or business email. Complete the business profile with your company name, country, and industry. Add your billing card — you'll only be charged for ad spend you authorise.
Set Up TikTok Ads Manager →Set up your TikTok Business Center
The Business Center is separate from your Ads Manager — it's how you share your account with our team. Click the link, create a Business Center, and connect your Ads account to it when prompted.
Open TikTok Business Center →Add Create Wealth Ads as an Admin member
Inside your TikTok Business Center, click Members in the left menu, then click "Invite Member." Enter our email address, select Admin as the role, and send the invitation.

Important Reminders
Your accounts are always 100% yours. We manage your campaigns — we do not own your accounts. You can remove our access at any time with one click.
Keep your billing on your own card. Your card is charged directly by each platform for your ad spend. Create Wealth Ads never handles your payment information.
Do not change your passwords after granting access. This can disconnect the platform link and delay your campaign from launching.
Turn on two-factor authentication. This protects your business accounts from being hacked. It does not affect our ability to manage your ads. Look for it in the security settings of each platform.
Email us when you're done. Send a quick message to createwealthads@gmail.com to let us know you've completed the setup. We'll confirm everything looks good and let you know when your campaigns are ready to go live.
⚠️ Do not run your own ads once you've given us access. Running ads on the same account at the same time can cause spending conflicts and audience problems. Leave everything to our team from here.
