1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using createwealthads.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Create Wealth Ads provides AI-driven marketing services, including but not limited to Meta ads management, sales click funnel builds, AI lead capture, AI receptionist services, reputation and review management, content creation, CRM automation, and done-for-you growth packages. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ad spend is separate from our management fees.

3. Your Account and Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when completing our forms, audits, scorecards, and onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials you share with us to set up or manage your campaigns.

4. Payments and Billing

Service fees are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed through our secure payment provider. Subscription plans are billed monthly unless a longer plan is specified.

Many individual services and stacks are month-to-month after any applicable minimum term. Done-for-you ad packages run on 3, 6, or 12-month plans. Ad spend is paid directly from your own ad account to the relevant ad platform and is not included in our fees.

If a refund or guarantee applies to your plan, the specific terms are described with that plan at the time of purchase.

5. Results and Disclaimers

We use proven strategies and data to build your campaigns, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, and ad spend. Any metrics, case studies, or projections shown are examples from specific campaigns and are not a guarantee of future results for your business.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials we create remain our property unless your agreement states otherwise. Where AI commercials or creative assets are included in a plan, ownership of those delivered assets is governed by the terms of that plan. You retain ownership of your own brand assets that you provide to us.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and our CRM provider. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those platforms, and you remain responsible for your own ad accounts and their compliance with platform policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Wealth Ads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
