Your CRM Setup Guide

Welcome to your Create Wealth Ads CRM — powered by the most elite system in the industry. Follow these steps to get your backend fully set up so you can start getting results as fast as possible.

    9 Steps · ~60 Minutes · Start Getting Results

Before you begin: You should have received a welcome email from app.createwealthads.com with your login link. Use that to access your CRM dashboard. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or email us at createwealthads@gmail.com. Complete the steps in order — each one builds on the last.

    Section 01

Set Up Your Credit Card for Usage Billing

    1

    Log In to Your CRM

You'll receive a welcome email from app.createwealthads.com with your login link and temporary password. Click the link in that email to access your CRM dashboard.

Can't find the email? Check your spam folder. If it's not there, email us at createwealthads@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
    2

    Navigate to Billing Settings

Once logged in, head to your billing settings to add your payment method.

    Where to find it
    Bottom left menu → Settings
    Click → Billing
    Click → Add Payment Method
    3

    Add Your Credit Card

Enter your card details. This covers usage-based billing for phone calls, text messages, emails, and AI features your campaigns use. You're only charged for what you actually use.

    💳

What this covers: Phone calls, SMS/texts, email sends, and AI-powered features.

Your ad spend is separate — that stays on your own card inside each ad platform (see the Meta Setup guide).

    4

    Confirm and Save

Review your billing details and click Save. Your card is now on file and your CRM is ready to send calls, texts, and emails without interruption.

    Section 02

Get a Phone Number + Verification

    1

    Go to Phone Settings

Your CRM includes a built-in phone system. You'll need a dedicated number for calls and texts.

    Where to find it
    Left menu → Phone Systems
    Click → Add Number
    2

    Choose Your Number

Search for a local number in your area code, or pick a toll-free number. A local number builds more trust with nearby prospects. Select the number you want and click Buy.

    3

    Complete Verification

To comply with carrier regulations, you'll need to verify your business. Fill in:

    • Business name and address
    • Your name and role
    • A short use case description (e.g. "Customer follow-up and lead outreach")
    • Optional: business website or registration document
Why this matters: Unverified numbers get blocked by carriers. Completing this keeps your texts and calls delivering reliably.
    4

    Test Your Number

Once approved (usually within 1–2 business days), send yourself a test text and make a test call from the CRM to confirm everything works. You're now reachable by phone and text through your CRM.

    Section 03

    Connect Your Schedule to Calendar

    1

    Open Calendar Settings

Connect your calendar so booked appointments sync automatically and prospects can self-book on your behalf.

    Where to find it
    Left menu → Calendars
    Click → Calendar Settings
    Tab → Connections
    Click → + Add New
    2

    Connect Google or Outlook Calendar

Click Connect next to Google Calendar or Outlook and sign in with the account you use for appointments. Grant the requested permissions so bookings sync both ways.

    3

    Set Up Your Booking Calendar

    • Set your available hours and time zone
    • Choose a slot length (e.g. 30 minutes for discovery calls)
    • Add a buffer between appointments
    • Customize the booking confirmation message
    • Add any conflicting calendars (e.g. personal, team) so booked slots stay free
    4

    Test a Booking

Open your booking link in a new tab and book a test appointment with yourself. Confirm it appears on your connected calendar and you receive the confirmation email. Your calendar is now live.

    Section 04

Connect Social Media Accounts + Create New Ones

    1

    Open Social Media Settings

Connect your social accounts so the CRM can post, reply, and track engagement from one dashboard.

    Where to find it
    Left menu → Marketing
    Click → Social Planner
Click → Connect All Social Accounts
    2

    Connect Existing Accounts

    • Facebook / Instagram — sign in with your Business account
    • Google Business Profile — sign in with your Google account
    • LinkedIn — sign in with your business page credentials
    • X (Twitter) — sign in with your account
    • TikTok — sign in with your business account
    • YouTube — sign in with your Google account
    • Pinterest — sign in with your business account
    3

Create Accounts You Don't Have Yet

Don't have a presence on a platform? Create it now — the links below open each platform's sign-up page:

Tip: Use your business name consistently across all platforms. Once created, come back and connect them here.
    4

    Verify Each Connection

After connecting, each account should show a green Connected status. If any shows an error, click Reconnect and re-authorize. Your social media is now managed from one place.

    Section 05

Set Up Google My Business Profile

    1

    Go to Google Business Profile

If you already have a Google Business Profile, connect it in the Social Media section (Step 04). If not, create one now:

    Open Google Business Profile →
    2

    Create or Claim Your Listing

Search for your business name. If it exists, claim it. If not, click Add your business and enter your business name, category, and address.

    3

    Complete Your Profile

    • Business hours and service area
    • Phone number and website URL
    • Photos of your business, team, and work
    • A detailed business description with keywords
    4

    Verify and Connect to CRM

Complete Google's verification (by postcard, phone, or email). Once verified, return to the CRM's Social Media → Social Accounts section and connect your Google Business Profile so reviews and messages sync into your CRM.

    Section 06

Import Your Existing Email List (CSV)

    1

    Prepare Your CSV File

Export your existing contacts into a CSV file. Make sure it includes at minimum:

    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Phone number (if available)
Important: Only import contacts who have consented to receive marketing from you. This keeps you compliant with anti-spam laws.
    2

    Open Import in CRM

    Where to find it
    Left menu → Contacts
    Click → Import Contacts
    Click → Upload CSV
    3

    Map Your Columns

Match each column in your CSV to the correct CRM field (e.g. "First Name" → First Name, "Email" → Email). Review the mapping and click Confirm to start the import.

    4

    Add to a Smart List

During import, tag these contacts (e.g. "Imported List" or "Past Clients") and add them to a smart list so you can easily send them campaigns later. Your contacts are now in the CRM.

    Section 07

    Connect Your Domain

    1

    Open Domain Settings

Connecting your domain lets you send emails from your own address (e.g. you@yourbusiness.com) instead of a generic one — improving deliverability and trust.

    Where to find it
    Left menu → Settings
    Click → Domains & DNS
    Click → + Add Domain
    2

    Enter Your Domain

Type your domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.com) and click Verify. The CRM will generate DNS records you need to add.

    3

    Add DNS Records

    🔑

Copy the provided DNS records (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) and add them to your domain's DNS settings. This is done where you registered your domain (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare).

Not sure how? Send the DNS records to your domain provider's support, or forward them to us at createwealthads@gmail.com and we'll walk you through it.

    4

    Verify and Confirm

DNS changes can take 15 minutes to 24 hours to propagate. Once verified, the domain shows a green Verified status and you can send emails from your own domain through the CRM.

    Section 08

    Go Through Opportunities & Pipelines

    1

    Open Pipelines

    Where to find it
    Left menu → Opportunities
    Click → Pipelines
    2

    Review Your Default Pipeline

Your CRM comes with a default sales pipeline. Review each stage — for example: New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Appointment Set → Closed Won. Drag and drop stages to reorder them, or rename them to match your sales process.

    3

    Understand How Leads Flow

    • New leads appear in the first stage automatically
    • Drag cards across stages as they progress
    • Click a card to see the contact's full history, notes, and messages
    • Automations move leads automatically based on actions they take
    4

    Create Additional Pipelines (Optional)

If you have different types of sales (e.g. new clients vs. upsells), click + Add Pipeline to create separate boards. This keeps each sales process organized and easy to track.

    Section 09

    Meta Ads Account Setup

    1

    Complete Your Ad Account Setup

The final step is granting us access to your Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts so we can run your campaigns. Follow our detailed step-by-step guide:

Open Meta Ads Setup Guide →

You're almost done! Once your Meta ad accounts are connected, your entire backend system is live and ready to capture, nurture, and convert leads on autopilot.
